- Reinstall the cartridge and print a document.

- Start> Programs> Lexmark 4200 Series> Solution Center
- Select Troubleshooting tab.
Cartridge error is jammed
- Press Power button on the Lexmark Printer to turn it off, if already turned on.
- Unplug it from the wall outlet and move to the next step.
- Go to Control Panel and open the cartridge access door.
- Ensure that the cartridges are installed into their correct place.
- Check if there is any object hindering the carrier.
- Plug in the machine and press the power button to turn it on.
